About Me

Hi, I’m Kerrigan Spangler, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas. I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves and their relationships. Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical—I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can breathe a little easier, share your story, and know you’re not alone in figuring things out. My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth—I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as we uncover what truly helps you heal and grow.

I’m trained in EMDR, which helps clients move through trauma, PTSD, and painful memories so they don’t feel stuck in the past. I also have advanced training in betrayal trauma and problematic sexual behaviors through APSATS and am a Certified Connected Recovery Disclosure Specialist (CCRDS). For couples, I use Gottman Method techniques to help partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect emotionally and physically.

Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, disconnected in their relationships, weighed down by past trauma, or unsure how to navigate intimacy and desire. Whether you’re looking for individual therapy for healing and personal growth, couples counseling to reconnect and rebuild, or support around betrayal trauma and intimacy concerns, I’ll tailor our work to your unique needs.

My goal isn’t just to help you get through tough seasons—it’s to help you feel more like yourself, create relationships that feel safe and fulfilling, and give you the tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.

If you’re ready to start, I’d love to connect. Reach out today to schedule a session or learn more about how therapy can support you.
